A to Z Challenge 2017

College Fest goes smoothly, Thanks to Smiled

It is always a pleasure when happy users share their feedback. Recently one of our Smiled users wrote to us about her experience.

We always look forward to the college fest. It is one grand event and all of us work hard for it. The event may look glam but the work and effort required to take it to that level is humongous. We conduct many competitions as a part of the fest and it is the crew’s duty to go to each and every class to make announcements about the events and where they will be conducted. Though it sounds easy, when there are 20+ branches in your college and each branch has four years and each year has 3 to 5 classes, the task becomes very difficult. It used to take us one whole day to cover all the classes. That is for just one event!

But this year we had a little help from Smiled. We instructed the event coordinators to tie up the posters at the decided location for the event and then post a picture of it on Smiled. The students were to check Smiled for any updates regarding the events. They could easily follow the updates this way and it became easier for the crew too. Smiled App did save our time a lot 🙂
